Lately we have seen the lovely Jennifer Hudson's dramatic appearance change.

I thought she was cute before as well, but now she looks so fresh and energetic.

I think it's empowering to see women decide to make a change for the better and stay with

that commitment. It doesn't have to deal with weight issues, it could be anything 

else one wants to change about oneself.

Life taught me
